I need to let go of my worries

I come again here . Because real life is too overwhelming. I dont think i can live like others. I cried for everything. And it bothers me a lot to the point i cant sleep. I cant let go of it. As if it haunted my life. I feel ashame of having this thought. I hate my self so much for being such a burden. To my husband . To anyone around me. I am so weak. My feelings feels so real yet it affect me so much.. i hate my self so much.

Ive learned when Im having a bad day I need to talk to people. Distract myself from being in my head.
