One thing I have learned while completing this section of steps is that life is always happening, and you have to meet it when it does. Keep moving forward.

I have learned through this path of growth that the world is not black and white it is not filled with either or situations there are so many combinations and options in life. I have also learned to not look so far into the future and to realize that plans can be pushed back and it doesn't mean that they will never happen it just means that something else needs to happen first.

In the last 50 steps, I confided in some of my listener friends to help combat an episode of anxiety and depression, and their kindness and encouragement really helped me out of that so I could smile again! 😁 This was also during a lot of stress at work. I also expressed gratitude and complimented others on 7 Cups 😊
