1) What motivates you to make appreciation posts?
Great question - it's the amazing posts I see around in the rooms. Everyone does such a lovely job. The posts just shine so much and to see these posts uplift others puts a smile on my face 😊
2) How good are you at self-appreciation?
I don't do much self-appreciation to be honest but maybe I should 😊
3) Any suggestion or message for fellow smile spreaders?
