Hi, hi Smile Spreaders! I got some awesome news for everybody. We are looking for leaders who can independently lead the peer appreciation program 🥳 In other words, someone who can lead beside me. I'd likely also be making a separate post for it too. But here is some more information about it for now:
1) You will need to be an ATL (Adult-Teen Listener) from your Listener Account. This is important so that you are able to pm anyone on 7cups, and that is important for leading this project.
2) You will need to first work closely with me for one month, so I may explain to you every detail about our appreciation project, what are the responsibilities, tasks to be done, etc. After this one-month training, if me and you both are satisfied, you could be considered to become an official leader of the project.
3) You should be willing to lead this project independently, even without a co-leader, if such a situation arises.
4) We will have only 2 main co-leaders, but Project Agents /Helpers may be many. We also invite Mentor Leaders who could potentially lead the project tomorrow as the need arises.
5) You will be required to set quarterly goals for the growth of the project and maintain an OKR for the same [I will explain you about this more during the training.]
We've been adjusting our leadership structure based on what works best for our team and the project. But hopefully, we will get to a well-organized sweet spot!

Aww understandable to feel anxious, Heather, what about the ATL process makes you feel most anxious in particular? Perhaps you can reach out to the ATL leaders who can answer your questions and help in reassuring you a little. You'll do awesome at whatever you decide!💛

@heathermarie95 thanks much Heather I think I did more the count got messed up because I started under the Rogue account switched to this Listener account and so the stuff I did under Rogue did not get counted. But that won't be an issue going forward.
