The peer could be any fellow cupser- a fellow member, a fellow listener, anyone on cups basically or yourself, yes, you can appreciate yourself as well. Read more about it Here (clickable). ❤

Thanks Fristo for allowing me to appreciate myself.
I am appreciating myself for knowing and stop being a supply for a narcissist ex-friend that is hovering at work. Her husband and children can be unending supply for her. We are done with her. I am focusing on protecting myself and my coworkers.
