I wish I could allow myself to be hugged. I desired a hug every now and then but fear and triggers hold me back.
@WorkingitThrough2 awww I love virtual hugs, but not real life hugs too. So gives you a giant festive virtual tiny hug ❤❤ they are not scary hugs ❤
@Tinywhisper11
Thank you my dear friend, Sending you much Love❤️

"I had a similar experience on my birthday a few days ago. My sister hugged me and wished me well, and it made me feel good. I realized that as babies, we were hugged, pampered, and loved all the time. However, as we grow up, that level of affection and attention isn't always there."
I wish I had the courage to make life changing decisions. I mostly stay on the path I'm on because its comfortable and easy. I feel as though it's better to deal with the stressors you already are familiar with than change a situation and have to adapt to new and different set of stressors...if that makes sense.....I tend to turn down a lot of things that possibly could turn out better for me out of fear of the unknown in the change.
@CyclingThroughLife gives you a giant festive tiny hug ❤❤ understands and sympathises with what you said ❤
@CyclingThroughLife
I really understand your thoughts on that. Opening ourselves to new and unfamiliar things can be good but also can open doors we are not ready to walk through❤️

This is a great question and also very deep! Tbh no fear, lack of confidence is holding me back to do what I want to do but of course there is something I would like to do and that would be going to University to study psychology but the conditions are not right so I learn as much as I can at home.
@amiablePeace77 don't worry you'll learn more about psychology on this site, than in college😁 I'll be willing to be the nut you can practice on😁😁😁😁😁😁
@Tinywhisper11
You're the cutest nut I've ever met! 😃
@amiablePeace77 😂😂😂😂😂😂 thankyou
@ReservoirofLove 🤔🤔🤔🤔 skinny dipping in the river😁
18 days to go🎅🎅🎅🎅
I wish I had the courage to report the assault, attacks and abuse I experience. Cops say no proof, so there's no way. I wish I had the courage to change that system somehow and find a way to be safe.

Confront my binge-eating disorder and try to stop it <3
great question - for me it'd be public speaking. it's not that i *want* to do it per se but being able to interact comfortably with strangers opens doors to opportunities you wouldn't have if you stay silent.
i will say "do one thing every day that scares you" is a powerful mindset that i've started adopting into my life. eevn if the bigger stuff feels far off, i can start building confidence one step at a time.
Public speaking.
Not so long ago i could do this even though it caused anxiety. I did interviews, Sat on panels, and taught groups back then but even thinking about it now causes so much anxiety that it is terrifying.
