I love this Ash! What a great list of healthy and logical coping distractions for easy-every day use. Playing the Sims is very fun, especially when making your dream Sim house!

An awesome list of ideas there! One thing which I discovered recently is making a list of questions (or finding them online, there are a lot!) and answering them about yourself. It helps you understand both yourself and others around you better - keeping your mind off of the tough subject at hand and focusing on positive things.

Thank you for creating this thread; wishing you the best! :3 heart

This is a good list. I will be trying some of these to help me distract myself from my ex GF and her recent breakup with me. It's been tough and it's keeping me in a constant feeling like my head is being weighed down. I have to work with her at Uni and the thought of that keeps me down, and not wanting to go.
