What Helps V/s What Hurts?

"When 'I' is replaced by 'We'... even illness becomes wellness"

How to talk to someone with a mental health disorder? [Source- ]

It could be worse, there's plenty of people worse off than you

I'm sorry - you're not alone, and I am here for you

Have you tried taking this supplement or Herb?

Is there anything I can do to help?

Just snap out of it

You might not believe it now, but the way your feeling will change

We all go through times like these

I may not exactly understand how you feel, but I care about you and want to try to understand how you are feeling

You just need to get out and distract yourself

I would love to spend time with you. Can we grab some coffee?

What I've found has really helped me are my dogs. They give me a reason to get up in the morning. Just because I'm unhappy doesn't mean they shouldn't be cared for. So everyday I get up so I can take care of them. It's even helped me get sunlight and exercise. They need to be walked at least once a day and in caring for them I manage to better care for myself. I find it hard to care about myself but I will always make sure they are taken care of.

@passionateMango2156 pets are really just incredible. They do so much for us and I'm so glad that helping and caring for them had also become a way that you take care of yourself 💜

It can help to find something that you like doing and to stick with it. Listening to msicm, excercise, writing etc

GhostBunnywhite September 16th, 2018

@Amphios I'm here for you if only talk useless
but ok some people find it is nice...
Can you share your the way of thinking or most people way of thinking?

GhostBunnywhite September 16th, 2018

Emmm...
Ok, I will share this..

What hurt is a wish that don't come true...
What hurt is a liar...
What hurt is blind in the illusion world created by media and enviroment..

GhostBunnywhite September 16th, 2018

So that is the negative, now is the postive:

What is good is when I can focus on life more than people that can only talk..
What is good is do what I should I do than to keep thinking..

What is good is act not only talk..
What is good is to understand failure as a mirror of ourself tha fail to know ourself well..

It hurts so bad when my parents ignore the fact that I have a mental illness. They blame it on me not eating or say that I am being dramatic. What's even worse is when they blame my emotional state on themselves. They make me feel so guilty for being the way I am by saying that they failed as parents. I really need to seek help, but I am afraid to do so. I feel like I'm breaking inside and really don't know how to get myself out of this situation. At this point, I am just wondering if this will ever end.

@Amphios Wow!!!! 😍 What a post!! 😍😍😍

I loved the colours, the title, the simplicity, the clearness, the shortness with vast value etc. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am just not sure about this one:

✔ You might not believe it now, but the way your feeling will change

✘ We all go through times like these

I think it is important not to give promises although such a language could help people to feel better. I think we are gambling, as they might feel no different or worse. That will make us lose them and break the trust between us.

Also, informing them that people might suffer the same way could help for some people. I think there are many people stuck in their wrong way of thinking and this way creates many of their core beliefs. For instance, they believe that they are not normal and they are suffering from something quite serious such as heart problems and they might die. What they really suffer from is anxiety. Acknowledging them that all people could have a change of their heart rate could help them to feel better.

I think it depends on the person.

However, i see that people's comments agreed with you!! 🙂👍

I loved your way of writing, keep it up!!😉💪

Wish you the best!! 😘💞💞💕💕💕💕💕

I was thinking the same on that one. In fact the people had told me that they went through the same, had helped me in more than one occasion. I suffered of PTSD, Anxiety & Depression. Believe me, feeling like I’m not alone because others unfortunately had been there, had empowered me to move on like the others did.
