What Helps V/s What Hurts?
"When 'I' is replaced by 'We'... even illness becomes wellness"
How to talk to someone with a mental health disorder? [Source- ✪]
✘ It could be worse, there's plenty of people worse off than you
✔ I'm sorry - you're not alone, and I am here for you
✘ Have you tried taking this supplement or Herb?
✔ Is there anything I can do to help?
✘ Just snap out of it
✔ You might not believe it now, but the way your feeling will change
✘ We all go through times like these
✔ I may not exactly understand how you feel, but I care about you and want to try to understand how you are feeling
✘ You just need to get out and distract yourself
✔ I would love to spend time with you. Can we grab some coffee?

@Amphios more people need to see this in the world. Thanks for making this Amphios! :D
I speak to myself in the negative way sometimes, and learning to be more positive. What a lovely post. 🙏🏽
@Amphios
Hmmm, not too bad.
I like those outlooks. As we always put on those tough guy sayings, like don’t quit, every body goes through bad times jests.
But if we turn to scripture, we can see that speaking out rightly can also make us open up more.
Sincere words are not fine, fine words are not sincere.
- Lao tzu
Psalms 39:1 (To the chief Musician, even to Jeduthun, A Psalm of David.) I said, I will take heed to my ways, that I sin not with my tongue: I will keep my mouth with a bridle, while the wicked is before me.
Psalms 39:2 I was dumb with silence, I held my peace, even from good; and my sorrow was stirred.
Psalms 39:3 My heart was hot within me, while I was musing the fire burned: then spake I with my tongue,
Similar to Solomon in proverbs, open rebuke is better than concealed love.
Similar to Socrates, I would rather die having spoken in my manner, than speak in your manner and live.
A bitter truth is better than a sweet lie.
- Finnish proverb.
Similar to Jo'b, if i hold my tongue and peace i will die. Must speak.
In other words, call things as they are, speak what is true and honest, even if it hurts peoples feelings, we skip around too much when it comes to what we want, it is similar to business man jackcanfield, who says those who ask confidently and boldly get more than those who ask timidly, and shyly, if you want something ask for it, if it is not heard, demand it. If we hold in too much nays and than we will die inside, we have to speak. Whole heartedly. Its a fight for life.

A good poem to read to facing adversity and understanding how we should go out out at times and speak our thoughts.
Do not love half lovers.
Do not entertain half friends
Do not indulge in works of the half talented
Do not live half a life and do not die a half death
If you choose silence, then be silent
When you speak, do so until you are finished
Do not silence yourself to say something
And do not speak to be silent
If you accept, then express it bluntly
Do not mask it
If you refuse then be clear about it
for an ambiguous refusal
is but a weak acceptance
Do not accept half a solution
Do not believe half truths
Do not dream half a dream
Do not fantasize about half hopes
Half a drink will not quench your thirst
Half a meal will not satiate your hunger
Half the way will get you no where
Half an idea will bear you no results
Your other half is not the one you love
It is you in another time yet in the same space
It is you when you are not
Half a life is a life you didn't live,
A word you have not said
A smile you postponed
A love you have not had
A friendship you did not know
To reach and not arrive
Work and not work
Attend only to be absent
What makes you a stranger to them closest to you
and they strangers to you
The half is a mere moment of inability
but you are able for you are not half a being
You are a whole that exists
to live a life not half a life
Kahlil Gibran
