The One Thing I Do When I'm Depressed is...
What is the one thing you do to help yourself feel better when you're experiencing depression? It can be anything at all, even simple things such as a longer warmer shower and listening to music or sounds of nature before bed.
Close myself off to everyone, even those trying to do there best to make me see sense. I think it's just a defence mechanism to not allow anything else in.
Bad: Self harm
Good: Excerise, music, watch the stars at night (by myself lol cause I
Cry. Sleep. Wander around waiting for something to seem interesting.
I just try to escape the reality by laying in my bed all the time and cut all communication.

Procrastinate and replay all the negative thoughts circulating in my head. Maybe curl up in a ball and cry for a bit.
Although it'd probably be more helpful to talk to my friends or something, but then I run the risk of being judged and I'll pass on that judgement.
Try and do something creative, I find it helpful to do something that I enjoy and that also helps me express my self.
Some example of this is:
- Crochet
- Drawing
- Painting
- Writing music
- Playing Instruments
- Fire Twirling

Go outside- run or walk
