The One Thing I Do When I'm Depressed is...
What is the one thing you do to help yourself feel better when you're experiencing depression? It can be anything at all, even simple things such as a longer warmer shower and listening to music or sounds of nature before bed.

Paint and write stories or poetry.
Lie in bed. That's all I can do.
Me too lie on bed and sleep
Ask myself, "What's the kindest thing I can do for myself right now?" and then try to do that.
I listen to music or watch rupauls drag race
Write and doodle my feelings and thoughts on my journal.
Unfortunately I tend to eat when depressed.
@goodClementine3203 Although eating when you're down isn't a good habit to be in, I have found that cooking or baking somthing new and creative helps put me in a better mood. It makes me feel productive, and I've gotten some great dessert recipes out of it.
Lie down and cry it out until I feel remotely better
lay in bed and binge watch netflix
@PosiPotato I listen to music it helps me when I feel this way, I love music and it has always been with me and never left me in good times and bad etc...
