The One Thing I Do When I'm Depressed is...
What is the one thing you do to help yourself feel better when you're experiencing depression? It can be anything at all, even simple things such as a longer warmer shower and listening to music or sounds of nature before bed.

In my lowest of moments I tend to kind of go emotionally numb, I lose interest everything that I used to enjoy, and it feels like I'm never going to get out of it. Sometimes when I'm really depressed I just sleep a lot, sometimes I self-harm, I guess it just depends on how I'm currently feeling. I have a Psychologist that i'm supposed to visit on a weekly basis, but I haven't talked to him in a couple months, I don't know why I don't go to the sessions, it's free and it gets me out of class, but I can never bring myself to talk to him.
