What is the one thing you do to help yourself feel better when you're experiencing depression? It can be anything at all, even simple things such as a longer warmer shower and listening to music or sounds of nature before bed.

Write down everything I feel. It usually helps a lot. And it doesn't matter if it makes sense. Just the process of putting my thoughts down on paper is helpful

@hollylostgal14 a couple days ago I was in a call with some of my friends and someone said something and I dissociated so badly that I stared at a wall for 2 hours and only thought a couple minutes went by.

I talk to my best friend. When you are feeling depressed the best thing you can do is talk to a friend or just have fun with anyone or anything. Because that one moment in a depressed day that makes you smile is everything you need to beat depression.

Basically enjoy the memories you have with people close to you! And make as many memories as you possibly can.
