What little things in life make it worth living?
For me,
It's hot chocolate on cold days
Or songs that make you dance;
Sunsets that kiss the world with fire
And put you in a trance
It's snuggling inside a blanket,
becoming a human burrito;
Or passing someone on the street
And exchanging quick hello's
Lovely people of 7 Cups,
those are some of mine;
It's appreciating these things, one by one,
that make life truly shine
For me its my cat always demanding attention from me, finding that really amazing book that when you finish- makes you feel like you are forever changed, blueberry muffins, when BTS, Got7, or NCT come out with a new song that turns out to be a bop, chicken alfredo pasta, and getting to laugh and goof off with my friends
For me it is squirrels. They are just really funny to me. I'll have had a terrible school day and just can't takeit anymore, but then I look up and see this squirl in front of my perfectally still like I can't see it if it doesn't move. Always makes me feel better.
Watching youtube videos of people restyling and repainting old beat up plastic dolls, giving them new life and beautiful artistic value.
Also miniature doll houses that look realistic. Watching people make miniature doll house kits and custom items.
One day, I hope I'll be able to take up these hobbies too. :)
For me, it's the feeling you get right before a concert starts. You can hear your heartbeat pounding against your ears, it's drumming constantly and you swear that everyone around you can hear how loud your heart is racing within that moment and when your favorite singer + band comes out, everything fades out and you're just hit with this wave of happiness and joy.
Also, when you watch a really good heartfelt movie and you can't help but feel the corners of your mouth tugging up at the sides as a smile breaks out onto your face as you watch the scenes break out and unfold right before you. The movie is just something warm - it makes you feel like that. Like, when you also drink hot cocoa on a cold, winters day. The movie makes you feel like that.
Seeing a friend you haven't seen in a long time and getting that tight, warm embrace from them too. That's pretty good and a pretty good feeling.
Another few things are finding a really good book to read and or finishing a really good book. And eating one of your favorite foods that you've been craving for awhile. It isn't a lot but these are the little things that mean a lot to me.
Dancing even when you suck at it lol.
Music. Getting lost in it and forget the uncomfortable reality.
Helping someone in any way.
Playing with a kid and being one too.
@Flynnko543
Bahaha if you think you suck at dancing you should see me try!
@RhapsodyonSilence it must be fun! As long as no one sees us. Lol
@Flynnko543
i 10000000% agree with all of this.
Mostly I live for my friends, my significant other, I guess I wouldn't be able to enjoy burritos if I was dead, same with TV shows, my favorite books, and music.
@FangsInsanity
Ooh do you have any TV show recommendations? I'm in a binging mood currently
Tea.
Summer wind.
Smell of a new book.
Delicious foods and drinks!
and maybe singing
