But I'm the 30th is my sons birthday (he's in heaven now) lots of memories and triggers this month has been really weighing in my mental health, people have suggested to write down my thoughts when I start feeling low, so I have been, it does really help ❤

@Angelanj
Hey. I have a question.
I was told by so many people that journaling is a great tool and can help with depression.
I tried it and frankly I hate it.
It makes me feel worse.
It feels really unproductive and like I am getting nowhere, because I'm already aware of what's happening and what emotions I'm feeling.
I will so abnormal because of it.
@Vector5 Hi Vector5! That's ok! Journalling isn't for everyone. Everyone has their likes and dislikes. You're not abnormal for disliking it! What's important is finding something that works best for you, something that'll make you feel better. What are some things you like to do?
@Angelanj
@Admirablerainbow2825 That's correct rainbow! We all have ups and downs and that is ok! It's good you're able to allow yourself to journal process both the good and the bad! Those are some good things to journal about, keep it up 😊🫂
