A break from depression and 7cups.
Okay well here I am, back with another post, I know they are not the best when I post and they can get depressing but this time I have to do this. To those who may have forgotten me i was Kingburger23 but recently I got a name change to my real name which you all know me as CallumKing2000 these days, however that is not what this post is about, I am making this post to let people know and my cups friends, I hope they are my friends, that I am taking a small vacation break, you see some of you knew today that I went into the sharing circle to share and I shared my feelings and thoughts, and when I shared I went back and I got so so sooo anxious to ask again so I logged out had an anxiety attack and logged back in and shared a few hours after explaining I need a break in General, so if people can pass on the news to the mindfulness team and just explain I won't be there for a while. As of tomorrow I will be booking into a hotel for a week to clear my mind and have some me time as I am not used to being around people alot, I just wanted to let people know that I am okay I will be taking time and I'll be doing mindfulness while alone. I just wanted to let folks know around here that I'm thinking of them and what they may be going through, so I will take my leave for tonight and get some rest and be freshed up for tomorrow. Look after each other guys. And I'll see you all when I get back. I love you ❤️

@CallumKing2000 Loved the Jurassic Park movies! I don't think I've seen the other movies though. Are they any good?
@mytwistedsoul hello sorry for the late reply. I watched "the valley of gwangi" it's a king kong rip off set in south America. It's about how they go to a valley that a small horse came from and return it to find this valley and they all go in and the dinosaur cheeses them etc. It's okay I watched the 7th voyage of sinbad that was amazing. Cgi holds up well. I've yet to watch more
@CallumKing2000 That's ok no worries! I checked out some of the trailers for both of them just now in YT. The Sinbad movie looks pretty cool so I wouldn't mind seeing that one. I might have to watch the other one too though because you've started to get me interested in old movies 😀

Okay so last week sometime through out the week day I was feeling very low on energy I didn't think anything of it at first but I thought it's just tiredness maybe because I get very tired alot after I eat a meal. Anyway I am a very spiritual person. I believe in things that I take very seriously about the soul and spirits. So I was approached by 2 of my old pets from when I was a young child. 1 cat and 1 dog. The dog was a boxer dog like roxy and the cat was tabby black. So I had this thought in my head that it's them who have come to see me and use my energy. And it sure was. I then went on to the sharing circle and shared about it and spoke of them clearly. After I did I felt my energy come back and felt 100%. It was a great early Christmas gift to feel them and that they came to see me. I'm so blessed. I can't tell you how great it made me feel. And I thought I'd share that here. Sorry if it upsets anyone.

@mytwistedsoul I agree. It makes me think at times that even tho they are gone and now just memories they still remember us who live and carry thier memory even if it wasn't much. It's something for them to bounce back on even if they need to use my energy. I always am greatful for that. Have a good Christmas and new year ahead I wish u and your family the best

Update: the reason I've not been on here is due to ill health. I've caught the flu again. So if anyone was wondering I'm just here feeling weak and ill. Will be back when I am fully recovered.

While I've been away recovering from sickness I've been building jigsaw puzzles here's one from my old childhood but rebought at auction before 2025 this one glows up in the dark and I've seen it. 250 piece but missing just 1. 
Very nice even if it is missing a piece. I do lots of online jigsaw puzzles (one a day) on Jigsaw Explorer. @CallumKing2000

It really helps me mentally. The puzzles are simple and there are no pieces to turn around or get lost. Each time I do one I get reminded that though I think "that piece isn't going to fit anywhere" or "I can't find that piece" that I eventually do. Kind of like life. @CallumKing2000

I recently had an incident where I had burnt my skin making hot tea and well be careful if u make tea the hot water really did damage to my body. Anyway here are some more puzzles I had put together while recovering from that.
