Our Favorite Affirmations
Affirmations are short, generally positive, statements or phrases that can help challenge negative or challenging thoughts. Affirmations work by leading to long-term changes in the way we think and feel, and so many people find them helpful.
While there may be many affirmations you can look up on the internet for several topics, writing your own affirmation for yourself, generally or for a specific challenge, can be powerful on its own.
Do you have an affirmation that helps you? Please share it in this thread so that we can collect our favorite/most useful affirmations.

one affirmation i have is to remember my loved ones whenever a challenge presents itself...
Don’t wish it was easier, wish you/I am better. Don’t ask for less problems, ask for more wisdom.
If you really want to do something, you'll find a way. If you don't, you'll find an excuse.
Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
The worst thing one can do is not to try, to be aware of what one wants and not give in to it, to spend years in silent hurt wondering if something could have materialized - never knowing.
Action Jackson, Action satisfaction, Action traction.
You cannot change your destination overnight. You can change your direction.---Jim Rohn
Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines, practiced every day.
Learn how to be happy with what you have while you pursue all that you want.

my favorite, had one of his books, have to get all of them, along with Brian tracey, zig ziglar, Les brown and Jack Canfield, it’s good to watch their videos but having their combo of books + videos gives us more structure.
Same with church, it’s good to go to church but having your personal bible is also a awesome source of wisdom and wealth.
My dedications for improving comes with getting your own shelf of books, Business,
money/equity, bible/quran, buddhist books, traveling and health/androgens and anabolics.
Practice, practice, practice.

"Don’t wish it was easier, wish you/I am better." (Your quote).
Thank you 123 for your writing. Well - yesterday I had very little energy. I could nearly do a thing. I had the choise to be in bed or sitting at my chair, being at the sharing circle - so I stayed there for some hours! Thanks to 7cup. Do I wish my life was easier? Oh yes friend - I would. For me life is easier when I'm better (as you also writes) - that is have more energy.
So - what did I read today - your 2 Bibleverses of "Search first Gods Kingdom" and "the lillies - don't worry". My energy has been much better today so I could go to work a bit in my garden, fry some fish in my oven, wash a floor. (And I should wish that I learn sometime in bad time that the good time will come back, but I "never" learn that. I live so much in the "now" that I think "what life is now it will be forever".)
All the best from Helga.
Life is beautiful
My mantra is I have the capacity for change to better myself.
My feelings rn are not good. I am hurt, sad, have no motivation, hated, a burdon, and more
@Swiftygirl13
I hope your next day can become better.
The picture you have is so sweet.
I feel positive today
@JjAngel20221983
I'm so glad you do!
I do too!

It doesn’t matter, whatever you experience in life. The most important thing is how you deal with it.
I have no control over the situations I am put in, but I have control over how I respond.
