Self care is essential!
I see the positive affects of me learning to truly care for myself. I used to believe it was selfish, but i know now that i can't truly help others unless i care for myself first...in all ways, including mentally. Ive learned to be careful who i spend time with, what thoughts i allow myself to ruminate on, to focus on positives, and allow myself to follow my passions! I feel like a new person:)
