I have been on a journey of self-knowledge and healing for several years. I have been married, raised children, divorced, etc... I have a heart for women who want to learn to take care of themselves and make healthy choices in all areas of their lives. I have battled bullies, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, ptsd, a trauma bond, codependency, and the psychological effects of abuse. I'm here to put to good use all of the learning experiences I have been through.
