How do you connect with your breath to find calm?

a) Deep, slow breaths, focusing on the rise and fall of your chest

C also use this when having issues with my breathing due to asthma.

@Hope A usually but B when im triggered and on the verge of crisis. B is fairly good at calming down a panic attack, it doesnt work all the time but it does work enough to try it every time.
