@SoulfullyAButterfly I'm interested in writing content about the effects of sleep deprivation as sleep is so essential to our everyday functioning so I think it is something important to write about :)
@SoulfullyAButterfly - I'm interested in writing content from my own experience for:
Self-EsteemEating Disorders
Depression
Anxiety
Emotional Abuse
Family
Coping Skills
Stress
@SparklyFly
It's good that you have selected so many topics, but your post could be more informative if you could include the reason for choosing each of the topic. Good luck with your journey at 7 cups.
@SoulfullyAButterfly
I am interested in developing content related to Depression, Anxiety and even though not mentioned here, personality disorder. I have battled depression my whole life, still fighting it. I have been diagnosed with BPD. So I think I can contribute more based on personal experience as well.
Personality disorder is really vague. If I recall correctly, there were at least 10 different types of personality disorders. This means it would give you a lot of freedom in which branch you chose to focus on going forward. Wishing you all the best going forward!
I'm interested in developing content related to ADHD. I've been told multiple times by counsellors that I have undiagnosed ADHD. The formal diagnosing process in my area is overly complicated and costly, so I chose to do my own research. However, many people don't realize ADHD diagnosed or undiagnosed can be an unknown tool rather than a leash that holds one back. It's about understanding and advocating for the right support to be put in place.
@SoulfullyAButterfly Honestly, I have several areas of topics that interest me. However, in the other thread where we had to write an intro paragraph about coping with loneliness because of Covid-19, I did actually enjoy that topic so I guess I would like to write my article expanding off of my paragraph I submitted.
@YourCaringConfidant
Hey Desiree, I wanted to write on so many topics as well, but I somehow managed to shortlist a few, hehe 😊 But it's also a good idea to write about loneliness during Covid since it can be applicable even now in some countries, and in cases where we have to be isolated. I wish you the very best in your research and writing 🌻
@GloriaD Thank you! I am glad you were able to get your interests in topics minimized. I just stuck to writing off my paragraph for my article because even where I live in NC, we are back having to wear masks to my doctor's office and certain places still require it. Best of luck to you! No doubt you will do amazing! <3
@SoulfullyAButterfly
These are the topics that I am interested to write about :
1) Schizophrenia - It is one of the most stigmatized and misunderstood topics, and I understand that very well because I have seen how my family members were treated when they experienced it.
2) Family - They play a very important role in our lives, affecting our development and personality.
3) Coping - This is very important so that we can deal with life's never-ending problems, something we all must work on 😊
@GloriaD
I love and agree with all your reasoning! I think having someone like you to bring awareness to those topics could really make a difference <3
@VioletFields003
Thanks 🌻
@GloriaD
hey, these are surely very good topics that you have chosen to write content on. All three of them are very good topics overall specially schizophrenia. I shall look forward to your articles if you get the chance to publish them anytime in the future.
@starsnnights
Hey, thank you 😊 I’m busy these days ... someday I might be able to start writing articles here 🌻
@GloriaD
That's a very optimistic approach. Keep it up!!
@GloriaD I definitely agree with the schizophrenia stigma. It's very sad because these people are already struggling with the condition and then on top of that they have to deal with the stigma.
@sellistens
Yes, its sad ... All this may cause self-stigma too There's still more to be done before everyone understands about Schizophrenia.
I'd be interested in developing content for sleeping disorders because I've already done some research in that area, and I think it's important to know how to manage your sleep. A good night's rest can really make a world of difference sometimes.
@VioletFields003
That's a great topic and I completely agree with you. A good night's rest is so essential for physical, mental and emotional health. Best of luck to you with your research and content development.
I would love to develop content related to emotional abuse and family. I've been through a lot of emotional abuse for the past 20 years. I was systematically broken down but was lucky enough to build myself back up and come out stronger at the other end. I feel an empathetic approach to such sensitive content is essential and I would love to develop new content while sharing some of my personal experiences.
@ivorySea989 This is so brave of you! I'm happy that you feel like you are in a safe environment where you can share your ideas and thoughts and potentially help others ❤️
@ivorySea989
aww this is a lovely idea Sea! I love how you have put that into words and why you want to learn about that topic! Thank you for sharing!
I would like to develop content for the topi of stress. I'd like to do stress because it affects us everyday and it's a common side effect of my health condition.
@Raspberrycheesecake
thats a great topic for you , you will definitely learn more about it while researching about it and will deliver us a beautiful content for us to read.
@SoulfullyAButterfly
mention which area you are interested in developing content for and why.
I'm interested in developing content about anxiety cause most of the symptoms are related to anxiety or caused by anxiety.
@Healthylistener0123 Hey! I love the way you mentioned anxiety as a symptom that you're interested in. I hope you can deliver beautiful contents regarding anxiety😊
