Im feeling happy enough
That's what I need to start doing.
I need something to keep me motivated throughout the day.
I need to start exercising.
I thought about starting up yoga.
Even if it's a 5-10 min session in the morning.
@bestMaple2045 Yoga is the best thing to start with! You can start with a normal pace and keep increasing it. All the best!!

The first thought that I had this morning was how better i feel after being sick & grateful i can do my daily activities much easier πΌππ€
My first thought this morning was "oh, I was supposed to sleep the other way on the bed, that's why I kept waking up"

I am feeling hopeful for a great day ahead. My goal for everyday is to make a positive impact on our members lives. I'm a clinical behavioral therapist by trade and I have a master's in phycology. I come on here to volunteer my time and my experience to simply help more people than just the people I help at work. I love doing this type of work and seeing people feel better after I've helped them find there own solution to there own situation. That feeling of me making a positive impact in our members lives is the fuel that keeps me chugging along.

@kylestraight1 that is awesome πΎππ¦βοΈ π¦πΊ I feel the same about helping dogs who are unwanted.. which I can only to well relate.. new to this site and it is helping.. still have bad times thru the day, but slowly learning how to deal withβ¦.well life better.. the world needs more people helping like those on here, it really does make a difference.. wishing you a great day / night..

I am not feeling my best as I am going through a pretty rough patch in the job front. However, I know with each step I take I will have progress!

- How are you feeling today? - i am actually doing alright! been trying to practice gratitude through a book i have and it's been great so far!
Today I am trying to better myself :) ik it will be a long journey but I am ready to take the mileage no matter how long it takes! This is the first day of the rest of my recovery!

The first thought that I was this morning was 'Ow'.
Today has started as a bad day, I had a non-epileptic seizure when trying to get out of bed, my knee is still messed up, and my medicine isn't working to numb the pain in my nerves. I wasn't able to go to class today, so I am home alone and can't even go downstairs. However, I am grateful to have the time to rest.

I had a nightmare where my partner left me for someone else. It was scary. Then i woke up and felt relieved that nothing was real.
I feel motivated to try out new things today.
- The first thought that I had this morning was.... I am tired! My bed felt so comfy, but I needed to get up and start the day with some water haha.
- How are you feeling today? So far so good, I just woke up. I can tell it'll be a smooth sailing day though. Fingers crossed!

Take my time and not rush so much.
Rushing leads to overwhelmed feelings.

Today I am feeling anxious. I want to feel hopeful but in the past year or so, everyone I feel hopeful, I get let down. I donβt want to be let down anymore. I want to be happy and love and be loved. I am, however, grateful for not being on the streets, in jail or prison or homeless.

The first thought I had this morning was why does the baby keep jumping on me. Baby is Bella in my prp. Then oh crap she has to go potty. We're potty training and she doesn't like going out alone.
How am I feeling? Very grateful for everything I have, everyone I love and all my awesome family I have irl and mostly here. Hugs for anyone who needs one. π€ β€π§‘ππππβ€π§‘ππππβ€π§‘πππππ€
