Gratitude: Daily Morning Check-In
- The first thought that I had this morning was....
- How are you feeling today? β€οΈπ§‘ππ We hope you are able to practice gratitude and feel grateful with us! However, it is totally ok to have some days where we are feeling low and finding it difficult to think of things to be grateful for.
Use this space to check-in with us daily and support your peers.
Bummer! The reminder to put the bins out is going off and it's a day off and I was hoping for a lie in.
I went and put the bin out and went back to bed. I'm grateful for my bed.
@SoulfullyAButterfly The first thought I had today was, "I don't want to get out of bed." Then I got outta bed and forced myself to shower for the first time in days. But I did it and I didn't complain too much. βΊοΈ

My first thought this morning was: "I can't believe I slacked off after a whole week of doing my routine every day and barely starting the 7 cups challenge"! lol!
Soooo here I am, and I'm a pretty bright green today, feeling very grateful. I set up Microsoft To-Do to remind me at the same time every day to do these check-ins!
@SoulfullyAButterfly
Today was not a good day for me. I woke up thinking I was going to do something wonderful in the world and everything I did was unsuccessful. I was left feeling defeated. But tomorrow is another day...
@Redrhapsody βοΈπΎπ¦π¦πΊ πΆπ π that it is :) hope you and all on here have a great day tomorrow or at least a better one than the last ππΆ
I was ο»Ώon the tired side today but had time to listen to singing artist Kody Lee- Miracle
(beautiful voice and beautiful lyrics) in a song showing gratitude for being alive.@SoulfullyAButterfly
The first thought that I had this morning was:
I better get out of bed, and start my day before I am running late.
How do I feel today?
I feel excited and encouraged about taking steps to create a healthier me for myself and my family!
Today I decided to join the community and get some help on my alcohol addiction and itβs been a week so far and Iβm happy to join and brake the cycle and Iβm still going strong.
@Iserg94
As a fellow alcoholic in recovery, I wanna say I'm super proud of you! it can be rough, but there's an easier gentler way to life and I'm glad you're on that path :)
