The first thing i am grateful for is the people who have and continue to help me everyday. It makes me feel good to let people who help me and are there for me know how much they mean to me
The first thought I had was ‘Arrrrgh…it’s way to early to get up yet..’ (It was only 2.30am..)
I actually feel ok today….I just wonder when the missed sleep hits me!!

I know that feeling! I'm feeling grateful that it hasn't actually hit me today, plus I finished my final cup of coffee for the day pretty early since I need to get up early and go do intake at a mental health clinic since I just moved. Hope your day goes well!

Ugh still not enough sleep was my immediate thought.
I admit struggling today. 3 days in a row with 4-5 hours due to having a hard time getting to sleep. I'm grumpy, this is the first self care I have done. I'm thankful to have done a little.

@SoulfullyAButterflyI I know it isn't morning but I am checking in now because it is really had to do this in the mornings with all the things I have to do.
The first thought I had this morning was: Today is my therapy session with my therapist. I really need to send her a note by email so we can talk about some issues and clear the air between us.
After my session with her my day turned out less stressful and I am feeling better about being able to keep working with her.
