One thing my anxiety has taught me is.....
My anxiety has taught me that there are people who will never understand and that's okay because it helps me realize who I want in my life. And, it's shown me that I need to be patient with myself
...despite alway being someone else anchor, i need someone to be my anchor too. It teach me that it is okay to seek help rather than suffer alone.
Thats true I seek help its worth it its nevet easy ur in a support group I am in I hope can be friends I followed you I like ur message

Dear @dhabib ,
Thank you for your kind reply, it certainly nice to know someone understand me. I would love to be your friend. hmu anytime
That talking to someone about it, does calm it down . In my case
@BlueLantern4620 good for you I here for you. Need someone to talk to I been through worse to its spreading blood and blood splatters everywhere
That not everyone understands.
... that I cannot always please everyone and meet their expectations, so I should stop stressing over it.
Sometimes, no matter how how long it takes me to plan out the perfect outcome to, say, a conflict with a friend (usually someone who expects me to be someone Im not) ... it ends up, as they say, a hot mess. A lot of times, I end up thinking its my fault ... but maybe, or actually, it isnt.
I am always capable of learning new coping skills .
@Gayfilet1117 that happened to me to I was stressed for Course I been through worse its getting. My stomach punched of course I been through the worst in life I had a bad realtonship and love of course I hope we can be friends
i understand how you feel
where my value lies
To keep a thread of awareness/concious thought at all times so situations dont creep up on me.
Also that I cant add to the list of triggers and have to reject the new anxieties that keep trying to ‘win me over:/

That life sucks😔
That I cant use logic or pragmatism to think my way out. Usually just hold on and it will pass, not to stress to find cause/ solution. Around here, theyve been changing the grocery store layout. Coping w anxiety led me to use routine to ease certain situations except when they started changing the isles, at first, it made me panic. I couldnt understand why something as simple as shopping could affect me so. Now I put on my ear pods and listen to music, helps calm me. Feels safe.
@Skyeward1098 I love how someone says for once to wait and let it pass. I call that procrastination and never once I did thought that it helped me ease. Thanks. Now I know why that felt relaxing.
