What do you do for yourself regarding self care? Or self soothing? I think it'll benefit others to know.
I do breathing exercises, walking while listening to music. Good comfort food ❤️ Deep chats with people, getting lost in a good book, grounding ❤️

I'm having pizza tomorrow night 😉 I'm looking forward to it. It will be halloween here in New Zealand, and a night off of cooking 😊 It's the little things that I pay attention to and am grateful for 🥰

So much covered already, but mhmm something else I tend to do is isolate/ take my time to recharge lol, and/ or try to nap!😴

Halloween was lovely, thank you for asking.
I also isolate to be honest, especially when a break from everything is needed. I think it helps for periods of time to just allow us the space to focus on ourselves - especially if you're someone who feels other people's emotions ❤️
I can't nap though, never been a nap person 😅 I'm glad you're able to though as I hear it's so beneficial ❤️

How are you
Great question! I don’t think I take care of myself as frequently and in the way I should as often as I should. But what I do enjoy doing is small woodworking projects. It’s makes me focus on things that are positive and interesting. I also like to take walks and listen to music. These things help me to regulate my temper, temperature and mind so I can come back to be available for my family. Still wish I could put as much time and energy into myself as I do for them and others.
