1. How are you feeling today, physically and mentally?❣

1. I'm feeling alright today, just kinda getting back on track mentally which is hard work but I know I will get there one day.
2. I am sleeping, but sometimes I don't sleep more than 6 hours but I try my best to sleep between 6 to 8 hours a night, and I eat full meals usually and drink enough water.
3. I have been able to get a haircut lately and listen to music more lately which is nice.
4. I've been mostly thinking about my financial situation and looking for work lately.
5. This week I struggled with being rejected for this job I applied for that I really wanted.
6. One thing that went well this week was having my fiancé's parents visit us and it went a lot better than I had thought it would.
7. A small thing I can do today is go on a walk to get healthier mentally and physically.

• 1.) Physically, I’m a little sore! Mentally, I’m staying resilient in the face of challenge, the best I can!
• 2.) For sure could have used some more sleep last night. I’ll be making a note to do better on that this week!
• 3.) I’ve done a bit, but not enough! I think I’m gonna do something creative & freeing. Maybe a magazine page layout or a charcoal drawing!
• 4.) Just looking to be a better man. A better person. Connect with Jesus more. Do more random acts of kindness for my wife!
• 5.) Feeling powerless & unable to make radical change in my life. I know that I can do it! I just need the motivation & diligence to stop bad habits.
• 6.) My wife & I celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary! Big win. ❤️
• 7.) Talking here! Calling a friend later on. Praying & taking a moment to realize how lucky I am, despite the hardships in my life. A moment of stillness does a lot for me.

1. How are you feeling today, physically and mentally?❣
Physically I feel great today my wrists and knees haven't been hurting despite them being in pain lately. However, mentally I feel drained. I feel like I've been a let down today and today was just meant to be a bad day.

I have been taking care of everything but drinking water. I have a hard time remembering to drink water. It's not that I don't want to but I just genuinely forget to drink water.
3. Have you been able to do any self care lately? If not, what would help you get back on track?😎
I'm really bad about doing self care due to being a people pleaser but lately I've been trying to be better about taking care of myself.
4. What's been taking up a lot of space on your mind lately? Any recurring thoughts? 🤔
All my recurring thoughts have been about one person and the fact I seem to be nothing but a burden in their eyes.
5. What's one thing you struggled with this week?😢
This week my biggest struggle is trying not to fall into a depressive state.

I have been driving myself to and from work myself despite having a phobia of driving.

Today I've been trying to stay positive and take care of myself. I have really struggled today but I have been taking sometime to myself.

Recently, I was facing the exams. Due to the exams, I wasn't fully taking care of myself. I was having lack of sleep due to the busy schedule. I can get back on track by getting proper sleep, eating healthy and drinking enough water.
4. What's been taking up a lot of space on your mind lately? Any recurring thoughts? 🤔
Assignments. There is a lot of things that needs to get done.

I had a lack of sleep.

I was able to write my exams.

Getting enough sleep.
Avoiding procrastination by reducing distractions.

Hey there!
1. Haven't been able to calm my heart down nor the nausea, but I haven't had panic attacks and I still have a hold of reality, so that's good
2. Yes, centering mostly in sleeping my 8hrs, I have to work on drinking water tho
3. I took a shower today, its a good thing that it helps me relax a bit
4. This past week, a looming driving test
5. Getting up and move, do chores, homework, like I'm in constant fight freeze mode
6. I ate at my hours 3/5 days, I saw a good friend after not seeing her for some months, the distance was hurting, gave her a long hug
I have health anxiety and am really struggling this past week. Those doom thoughts come into mind more than I like. I wish I could beat this problem. When the anxiety isn’t hitting me, I love my life and enjoy all who are around me
2. Usually wake up as early as I can but I feel sleepy in the afternoon and take a long nap.
4. Just trying to get a job and being around my dad. I never know when my dad is going to act out and be angry. When I hear him talking, it gives me anxiety. It almost feels like I am in a horror movie.
5. Dealing with job rejections as I received a couple of them.
6. Not sure if this counts but I had another job interview and scheduled a couple more.

- I'm feeling kinda empty at the minute.
- Eh...no not really, I did try to sleep 8 hours in the past 7 days and...well, even tho I didn't filling all the days, its improving. Not much of a water person atm but will try to change that in the coming week.
- Hum...I've succeed in fitting a 10 minutes meditation into my daily schedule.
- I'm think about su a lot .... Also thinking about my best friend.
- I've been struggling with the grief of losing my therapist, who happens to be my bsf and a friend that my mom disapproves.
- Its been raining a lot this week, I found peace and comfort in the rain.
- I 'm going to read a book about mental recovery.
