1. How are you feeling today, physically and mentally?β£
I'm still exhausted from being sick and on my period but mentally I feel a lot more focused and motivated!
2. Are you taking care of the basics ( sleeping, eating full meals, drinking enough water) ?π₯
I have been sleeping in late every morning... Let's see though, if I want to wake up at 9am and have 9 hours of sleep, that means I can go to bed tonight at midnight. And maybe I can have a 20-30min nap early in the day tomorrow.
3. Have you been able to do any self care lately? If not, what would help you get back on track?π
Something I've been struggling with is exercise. I'm not sure how to get back to doing yoga again. I feel really tired 24/7 but it isn't just the flu, like, I've neglected yoga for probably over a year. That used to be a regular habit! And even though it did help, I remember it helping, somehow I still don't do it anymore??? :(
4. What's been taking up a lot of space on your mind lately? Any recurring thoughts? π€
Knowing that I should go on walks for agoraphobia exposure but not feeling motivated, like it won't be worth it.
5. What's one thing you struggled with this week?π’
Irritability.
6. What's one thing that went well this week?π
I talked to my partner's sister! She's actually friendly to me.
7. What's a small thing you can do today to prioritize yourself and your mental health?π
I can make sure that I am eating enough/regularly and paying attention to how much water I drink. Keeping a bottle near me helps so I drink when I see it because I don't usually know I'm thirsty.
