it's a huge mix of my anxiety, physical problems, medication problems, and irl pressures... i'm struggling but i think i'm making it... it's just really hard

Hi im new here, not hire sure how to get started. Im goin with green. I feel like im anxious but then at the same time idk. This sinking hot feeling in my chest is what makes me anxious every day. I wake up with it and it lingers all day long and makes me go into panic.

If u have any suggestions on how to minimize it, it would be greatly appreciated. I’ve been trying lavender, box breathing and ice packs on my chest it’s a hit and miss sometimes.
@Baezpat05 I think it would be good if you could identify where some of the anxiety is coming from. That might help you find a way to ease it, or completely come to terms with it/ cope.

I've reached purple which is new and scary for me. most of my anxiety surrounds food and if it makes me feel sick. and then I get anxious about not eating and I get anxious if I do eat and anxious I'm not eating enough or that I'm hurting others and myself badly around eating and it's just been going on about the last two weeks but it's been an incredibly hard two weeks so far

@yellowLion9992 On the food thing, you might try to find comfort foods. These would be foods that don’t make you easily sick and is a food you can eat and gives energy.Â
