...See more Hey folks. I don’t really know how to interact with the community since anxiety and depression tends to make me irritable and I know we’re supposed to be positive and supportive. I just get frustrated really easy these days because I can’t focus on anything long enough to achieve my goals and I feel like I’m getting stymied at every turn whenever I go to get support. If anyone has advice I would appreciate it.
