Thank you so much bright forbyour work on 7cup. It seems like you listen to teens only. Therefore, you can send messages to only those who are on the teens side. :)

I also struggle with the same addiciton... tried countless times to stop but after some months I revert back to it... often when Im away from home or abroad for work or I find myself doing it at odd places (always safe and encosed aera away from people or prying eyes) ... totally commend you for your effort good luck dude.
