Want Help ! Struggling with porn addiction

I struggle with porn and masturbate addiction for many years

I tried alone to quit this addiction many times but I fail

So I want someone to help me through my path of quitting this addiction

As I find myself more committed to avoid those things when I know that I should tell someone that I do it

I just want a listener to follow up with me once per week to tell him about my progress or failure

Can anyone help me?

I am glad to hear that you are so committed to change. Keep going! You could try browsing for listeners with a suitable filter and choose a listener according to your preference by yourself. Hope that helps. Have a good day!

I'd love to listen. You are much stronger than you think and you can fight through it. It's not easy but it can be done. :)

I also struggle with the same addiciton... tried countless times to stop but after some months I revert back to it... often when Im away from home or abroad for work or I find myself doing it at odd places (always safe and encosed aera away from people or prying eyes) ... totally commend you for your effort good luck dude.
