Hi everyone! I hope you are well. This week on Oct 10, 2024, we have World Mental Health Day. Therefore the icebreakers are following that theme.

I'm choosing B, because I'm one week back with not drinking soda (yayy me!) and going to incorporate healthier foods. It just seems the easiest for me to do. 🤣

i’ll be choosing option a) to do at least 15 mins of exercise of my choice! i’ve been wanting to start exercising again.. i’m petite so people might not think i need to exercise! but i’m anemic and needs to keep my heart active 💗
My choice is option A…..exercise releases endorphins which helps boost feeling of wellbeing and happiness.
