Celebrate Course Completion Here!
Woohoo! You did it. Congratulations on completing the time management course!
What part did you benefit the most from?
@Hope I have completed the steps for the time management course
@Hope
Just you know that I completed and passed the Time Management Course quiz.
@Hope
I just finished. My first try was 13/20, and just finished retaking at 19/20. I liked most looking at how to divide up the Urgent/Not Urgent differentials. I understand it and get it, but my schedule doesn't reflect it on paper, though my life actually does reflect it in actuality in behavior. I listen to my body on what I can do while I address what I need to do. That means listening to my body's energy levels (tends to be late evening/early morning) and can also mean I may need to nap later on in the day.
I will say this was a challenging course because I felt resistance with some of what I read. It was a good course however, and I would do it again, because I believe improvement is always possible.
@Hope
The part I likely benefited the most from is the Quadrant II focus on prioritizing important but not urgent tasks.
This concept encourages one to align their daily actions with their broader life goals, ensuring that their time is spent on activities that truly matter and contribute to their personal and professional growth.
Focusing on Quadrant II activities helps to reduce stress and increase productivity by preventing important tasks from becoming urgent, thus fostering a more balanced and fulfilling life.
@Hope
Just completed!
The 4 quadrants and the whole mission approach was the best for me
@Hope
From the practical parts, the reflection and also the plan.
Thank you so much!
@Hope Just finished everything! Enjoyed learning about the personal mission statement :)
I really liked the explanation (specifically the quadrant) of how to prioritise : )
