Day 5: Daily Mental Health Check-in
t’s common for us to schedule a routine visit to the doctor when we aren’t feeling our best, so it should be common for us to check-in with our mental health to ensure that we are physically, mentally and emotionally in tune.

Hm, now that I think of it, a lot of story ideas and scenarios are taking up my head right now. I haven't had time lately to write them all down, so they're kinda flooding about lately.

A bit...rushed, if I'm honest. I procrastinated a bit and lead to a lot of pile of work unfinished. 😅 Well atleast I learnt the value of managing my time and energy because of this

Studies and finishing my work for now.

Doing okay but a little tired I don’t sleep well.
My headspace is making sure I have done everything in my list so nothing gets missed.
The week has been okay not great but okay.
Weekend plans are just doing somethings in the house still way too much snow outside still to go anywhere .

1. Physically, ok. Mentally, really tired of worrying about so many things.
2. A lot of sass honestly.
3. This week was way too demanding. But things are finally looking up in big ways possibly
4. This weekend? I want to stay chill and get things done intermittently, mostly enjoy my time by myself or with friends.

How am I feeling today? (Mentally and Physically)
I am feeling sore from exercising yesterday but it is a good kind of sore. Mentally, I am trying very hard to fight off negative thoughts like "no one likes me" and "no one wants to be my friend." Trying to focus on other things. Wish I knew a better way of dealing with loneliness.

What’s taking up most of my headspace?
Loneliness. I fear that I will never have true meaningful friendships and that all the relationships I will ever have will be toxic like the ones I've had in the past. I want friends but not toxic friends. I would rather be alone than have a toxic friend.

How was the week for you?
My week was okay. I did manage to exercise three days in a row which normally I only exercise one day then quit. Found a method that works. I'm only sad when negative thoughts hit me really hard, which has happened a lot this week.

I don't have plans for the weekend. I will have lunch with my mom tomorrow. Really I just want a relaxing weekend.

very very exhausted 😀 I literally just woke up and i have a headache and I’m still feeling yesterday’s breakdown, it’s not fun, not fun. I’m mentally and physically tired 🙁

I'm kinda up and down already today. It seems like I'm going crazy.
My Headspace is on it's Im going to be in a freaked up zone this hole weekend.
My week was good til this morning. I totally exploded.
Nothing planed for weekend,just isolation.

I’m feeling good today. I’m tired but doing ok.

My Dad mainly. He’s not been well and was rather ‘muddled’ today.

Work has been super busy but I’d managed to get plenty done.

I’m meeting up with an old friend and am so looking forward to it.
