It’s common for us to schedule a routine visit to the doctor when we aren’t feeling our best, so it should be common for us to check-in with our mental health to ensure that we are physically, mentally, and emotionally in tune.

it's not balanced rn as I have nothing to do and basically all my friends are busy.. and I'm not working until April and I'm yet to decide what I am going to study as I have graduated high school pay year :/

Being with my plushies
It's only 8:30am in Los Angeles so I'm feeling good so far.
My Headspace thing is nervous about a orientation today on zoom for a day job at the SOFI statium on Superbowl.
I think Ive been feeling kinda 50/50 on sad/happy lately.
No my life isn't appropriately balanced.Family is good,sefe care is getting better. Exercise here and there. I do a lot of walking though. I don't work.fun yes with my son. Friends not really. I don't have any.
My family,mental health groups,apps,journaling,meditation,art,reading,learning ,my son all give me joy.

My time management and one of the books that I've been reading lately 😅 O know I'm guilty as charged

No, I feel like I am happy more than ever

Actually, Icve never found that perfect balance. I'm still in the process of tweaking and making it one.
What is something that makes me feel joy?
Just being here, and doing what I want to. That would bring me greatest joy 😁

1. Physically, great except for a strained muscle. Mentally... Not good at all. I try to be a safe, non-judgmental, and reliable person for people to turn to. I just don't feel like I've ever truly felt like anyone has had those qualities for me to turn to. Maybe some have and I just didn't give them enough of a chance, but there are reasons of a lot of past experiences that I tend to play my hand close to the chest...
2. My mind is occupied with worry. I feel effective in general, but helpless in certain situations. Also, it's occupied with food...
3. Probably pretty even
4. I've been lacking on time for fun and creative things. Some friends too, but that's mostly because I'm bad at being the one to reach out first.

Mentally I'm doing better than yesterday.
Physically? I'm much better, my migraine has eased up and now I'm pain free.

My headspace is occupied with my exam day after tomorrow and it's surprisingly peaceful after the tough night I had yesterday.

Some days are tough and some nights are delightful so can't complain about that

That's gonna be an everlasting struggle, in a good way, aren't we all just trying to get there one day? I don't work yet and I kinda miss my friends from college so I took out an hour out of my day to catch up a bit with them over a call since I'm too far away to meet them anytime soon so it was nice, talking to them.

What is something that makes me feel joy?
It seems to vary a bit from day to day, today I got some cute stationary stuff that makes me excited about studying and I took some lone time on the balcony listening to a peaceful song while trying to look for stars on this cloudy, cool night.
I was fine until today. I feel lonely but I have no friends or anyone to talk to or spend time with. Whenever I try to tell someone how I feel they don't give me much comfort but instead tell me that I shouldn't be sad because I have so many other things or that I should just snap out of it. I really need meaningful relationships with others but don't even know how to start one because whenever I try the relationships end eventually. I hate my life.

What is something that makes me feel joy? Going to an nail salon with hopes employees are much nicer. Park walk, all the stuff I did pre pandemic..was social distancing prior pandemic! 😂
I do feel sad more than happy but it’s getting better. The person I’m talking to brings me a lot of joy. I feel my life is imbalanced in terms of movement and not working out due to my wish schedule. I’m feeling more optimistic and ready to take chances than I was before and that’s exciting to me. What takes up most of my headspace is honestly my romantic life right now. It’s just difficult and I have decisions to make but I’m excited about just having this new step to take.
Today im doing good I finally got a few hours sleep yippee.
I have felt more sad this past year has been really hard lost my mum and best friend 3 days apart.
No still working on balancing everything haha it takes time depending on what’s going on that day.
Spending time with my son brings me joy.
