I am someone that believes deeply in celebrating our victories around here! ❤️ I believe in giving credit where credit is due, providing positive affirmations and rewarding one another for a job well done in any way that we can. One of the 7 cups core values is *have fun and keep your tank full* 😊❤️ For me, that kind of translates to "work hard and play hard" lol 😊
We all work so very hard around here. Nothing brings me more joy than to see our hardworking and highly deserving teammates being placed in roles that they deeply desire and have truly earned. I enjoy taking that pause, having that special moment, honoring them, celebrating together as a team! This provides part of the *play hard* 😊 in the equation of my "Gizzie-ism". Weeeeeeeeeeee Weeeeeeeee! 😊❤️
Thank you for acknowledging my consistent efforts to do so! ❤️ Thank you also for tagging me and knowing in your heart that I want to uplift others. Gizzie get the tag, Gizzie gonna' show up for you! 😊
