part of support is have people talk to and fun things good way stop think of things that really hard ! Distraction sometimes best help when upset overwhelmed especially things that can’t just fix right away

I feel like this is a super insensitive post considering we have SRA survivors here and it has the most horffic trauma memories associated with it.
