Hi! My name is Cheryl and I'm glad you found me here on 7cupsoftea. I look forward to listening to you guys. We are all here to support each other. :)
I'm a recent college graduate working in the mental health field! In my free time, I like to read, spend time with family and spend time Listening. I find the time spent on this site really valuable and I believe that no one deserves to suffer alone. Please feel free to message me if you are having a rough time or you just want to chat about whatever. I'll be willing to talk to anyone about anything.
Other than that, my hobbies include yoga, mixed martial arts and dancing. I love pushing my limits both physically and mentally. Yoga helps calm my mind and helps me have an open spirit, martial arts has made me stronger both mentally and physically and dancing helps me express myself. They bring unity to my mind, body and soul. To unwind, I spend time binge watching shows on Netflix. Please feel free to ask me what I'm watching. As for my story, I struggle with anxiety and depression and have been for about 7 years now. I'm on a steady (and a little bumpy) path to recovery and I'm doing a lot better. My philosophy is, "take it a day at a time." It gets better. I promise. Just hang in there.
