Hello everyone! My name is Dasha. I have always been quiet and self-enclosed kid but last 4 years have been the hardest in my life. I've been suffering from groundless anxiety, obsessions, panic attacks, self-harming, depression and bulimia. However I found the strength to cope with it and it's getting better day by day. I'm doing my best to stay positive and every day I'm trying to make myself a better person. I'm very glad I got on this web, because this place is full of responsive and softhearted people who would always understand what you're going through. I wish I found this web before when I was at my crisises and felt like I was falling apart into tiny pieces.
