I am here to listen and help you to come to your own resolutions, as I believe the answers are within us. I'm non judgemental and culturally sensitive. I appreciate it's not easy to express how we are feeling, but it can help to chat with someone who is not directly connected to us. I want you to feel comfortable and know you are truly being listened to. I do have a day job in the week so are mostly available on Sundays.

...See more I love 7 cups of tea, and coincidentally I absolutely love a good cup of tea with a biscuit and great company from those who let me be me. We should all be allowed to be our authentic selves no matter what. Nobody is perfect, thankfully. We are all wonderfully unique, and yet connected in a life that can be both amazing and terrifying. We are all on this journey, sobwhy not make it as easy and fun a ride as possible. Love and kindness is all that really matters.
