There are various events in life which make u question your beliefs, which make u fell helpless.



Some questions like - " WHY WITH ME?", " What i have done ". or " How i get out of this", " I tried enough but failed everytime" , " What to change all of these so desperately"... Or thee might be sensitive, personal or taboo things which you want to share and discuss with a trusted person.. With whom you have the trust of not getting judged and u can share very deep secrets of your heart in a very welcoming, open and comfortable environment. 



I say , lets talk about it. You have different coping mechanisms, some are at worst level, some doing fine enough to drag u well in day-to-day life. But there is still a vacuum, that emptiness remaining. We also want to have others perspective and learn and grow by discussing other lateral domains of various things. 



So lets just speak it up. And bring back the real YOU in u.
