My name is Teddy and I'm a 22 year old; young African American man with ADHD and ASD. I have a lot of experience with mental and physical health problems either personally or from existing around others with such problems. I graduated High School with 500 hours of community service (because that's the max I could log), most of which came from my time at my late grandfather's camp that was made specifically for those with such mental or physical differences & problems.

I've spent the last 2-4 years of my life learning about sociology, psychology, identity, and more to try and understand both myself and others. Understanding people, being able to empathize with those who have different lives than my own; making sure everyone feels heard and validated as they should be. 

I have a 100% no shame, no negative judgment policy. No matter how embarrassing, weird, or terrifying, something is, I can and will listen. I will not judge, I will do my best to put myself in your shoes and stand beside you.
