...See more Hi everyone. ❤️ I recently finished a 30 day YWA (Yoga With Adriene) challenge and if any of you have done them in the past I'm sure you have experienced the huge benefits of that on your health and overall wellbeing. It made me reflect deeply on how important a consistent self care practice is, how these (sometimes tiny) routines and rituals can change our perspective or give us a new one. It really can cultivate self love and give us space to breathe and recharge.  I am curious to hear what your self care practice look like? Do you have one? How does it benefit or help you? ...See more Hello lovely community. ❤️❤️ I hope you are enjoying summer. It's time to welcome you to our very own Cups Meditation & Mindfulness Summer Retreat! Inspired by a very motivated member who wanted a meditation buddy for accountability. I wanted to make this a community thing where we can all participate and join in on the fun, listeners, forum supporters and members, everyone is welcome. I think we could all benefit from this and help support and motivate each other to find more mindfulness in our daily lives. A little goes a long way. The setup is simple: I am going to be posting a mindfulness activity each week that we do together. Each week we will be checking in and talking about how it went and what our experience was. This gives us some space to reflect on the exercises. The retreat will be going on for 3 weeks and our last check in will be 10:th August. To begin, for this first week we are going to choose a guided meditation video to do during the week. Doing it once is required but if you want to do it more times, that is something you are free to do. It's up to you what video you want to do but I can give some suggestions. What do you think about having a Mindfulness & Meditation retreat this summer with a weekly check in? 🌞 Is that something you would benefit from and in that case, what would you like it to include? All suggestions, thoughts and ideas are much welcome. My random thoughts about this is the option to do meditation or a mindful activity of your choice each week. Creating big changes take time but maybe the first step is becoming aware, to take a baby step forward.
