My name is Caleb and I am 19 years old. I have no sort of training or experience in the field of therapy except for life experiences and my own consciousness. I am depressed and constantly anxious. I find peace and comfort when I can help people with anything. I was very judgemental as a child due to my strict religious upbringing, but now I've come to the realization that happiness, love, and peace are not restrained by personal beliefs nor social constructs. I just want everyone to have someone to talk to in their time of need because we all deserve that. I am not a psychologist and I am far from perfect, but I want everyone to find their happiness, peace, and love.
