A very sympathetic listener who is very patient. I feel there is difficulty a high level of professionalism as this listener studies psychology. While talking I was feeling heard and understood during the whole conversation. I feel there was room and time to express all that I had bottled up inside my heart. I had been crying for 15 days and barely eating (lost 4 kg during this period) but after speaking to Grace I came to understand that despite my trouble and pain life goes on. Slowly im healing. Grace even offered that we can speak whenever I feel the need to and plan times to chat when my day feels dark during this hard period. A listener that not only helps but also follows up. I thank Grace from the bottom of my heart for catching me when I was falling, being there for me when I turned around looking for anyone to talk to and holding me when I reached for her. Maria ❤
