Hey there! Welcome to 7 Cups! I'm so lucky enough to be an intern here with 7 Cups! While I'm an intern I am also in school right now getting my associates in Human Services. Once I complete that, I would like to get my bachelor's in Psychology! I want to become a counselor and work with those that struggle with addictions, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.

I have over come an addiction, and I still struggle occasionally with anxiety, depression, and an eating disorder. I know what it's like to feel alone in this world and feel like no one understands, so my wish is to be a friend and listen to what you need to say and know you're not alone!

I can't believe how helpful she was in calming me down and turning me towards the light. She was able to do what no other could and that was for me to forgive the close ones around me and focus on myself for a change. I'm a whole new person now and I owe everything to her. She's my savior.
She just knew how to soothe me in my time of need. No one else was able to accomplish what she was able to do. I'm forever in her debt.
