Hello humans! I you're feeling stuck, then I'm the woman to talk to. I'm glad we've found this place to connect :) about me, I'm a professional mental health worker and counsellor from Australia. I've had lots of experience working with people overcoming everyday struggles in work, romantic relationships, with family and of course their own self-esteem. I have an interest in trauma, bullying and gender politics. Sometimes our own issues can feel both insignificant and all consuming at the same time. I have experienced in my own life and professionally a wide range of emotional hurdles so I often know where my clients are coming from.
