Hello! Im Makenzie, a trained active listener on 7CupsOfTea. I started listening a few years ago and was active every day 24/7 for a long time as I love listening, but after some unexpected turns in life I ended up losing the free time to continue listening each day, and after a long break I am back and ready to listen again to the best of my ability! For being 21 years old, Ive experienced alot more in life than some people who are many years older than me and I am quite proud of what Ive overcome! My biggest feats, being overcoming Depression/Anxiety/Self Harm/Eating Disorders & Difficult Relationships! Although I have experience in many, many other topics as well.
