I am a 3rd year psychology student, who work as a yoga therapist in a psychiatric clinic for more than 4 years. I like the idea of a mental health that integrates mind a body. To do that I believe in the tools from oriental mind-body practices like conscious movement, breathing and attention. I am an active listener by birth and I have enjoyed every second of my work as a therapist :)
