I am a yogui, who is fascinated with the mind-body practices to improve the connection and wisdom about myself. I like the idea of a mental health that integrates mind a body. To do that I believe in the tools from oriental mind-body practices like conscious movement, breathing and attention. I am an active listener by birth and I have enjoyed every second of my work as a yoga teacher :)
